Join Youth Advisory Council by April 30th

Maricopa County Department of Public Health is in the process of recruiting youth to join our Youth Advisory Council. WE NEED MUSLIM REPRESENTATION!!!

The intention of the council is to provide leadership opportunities for promising young adults ages 14-18 in the field of public health while helping to inform our department on health issues affecting our youth in their respective communities within the County. We are looking for youth who can;
commit to one year of monthly meetings, AND
who may bring unique perspectives and have a passion to serve their communities.

The youth will receive a small stipend for their participation and learning opportunities with department leaders. Applicants will need to submit applications by April 30th, 2021 to be considered. You may also recommend a youth you believe would be good for this role. Especially students who are not normally self-advocating but would benefit from an opportunity like this.

Thank you for helping us serve our County by engaging the next generation of leaders at the forefront of our work!
