Job Description:

CVS employees will be returning to office on Jan 10th 2022, this is a national project. You will be responsible for setting up work spaces (plugging in monitors, keyboards, ensuring the equipment works, turns on, swapping equipment, delivering equipment, etc.) and taking direction from an onsite employee, they will provide you instructions daily. You will not have system access and position only involves moving and setup of hardware, some desks might only need monitors and others might require additional hardware to be placed and plugged in. You will be required to follow instructions to help CVS employees troubleshoot their issues. You will be working on site for a couple of weeks before the site opens up and employees return to office, you will then remain there to swap out hardware as needed until successful completion of return to office and everyone is up and running without any issues.

Assumptions:

Able to lift and install monitors, keyboards, Docking stations, etc for WorkOne spaces as specified via a diagram provided.

Requirements

Technical expertise to set up a Desktop/Laptop, Phone, Keyboard, docking station and Mouse in a work area.

Work with user with some instructions provided to assist users with accessing the network, setting up printers or phones.

Able to input via an unidentified method (digitally) outstanding user issues for resolution at a later time by Desktop or HelpDesk personnel.

Work is 8 hours per day for 5 days per week.
