Did you know that one in every five Americans suffers from Mental Health Disorders? (NIMH) With the increasing amount of challenges and adversities, it's important to have a space where you can open up, with a community you trust. No one should live in fear of talking about their struggles.

ICNA Relief's Muslim Family Services department provides a variety of workshops to educate communities surrounding the following topics:
